What am I paying for?

For every activity, you will be charged for my services, which include preparation, organisation, guiding and facilitation.

In addition to my services, if your activity takes place in a specific venue (museum, monument, restaurant, etc.), you will also need to pay any entrance fees or admission costs required by these places.

In other words: my services + any entrance fees = the total cost.

How can I book an activity?

Booking is easy: simply send me a message via the contact form or by email at clemroq@gmail.com.

Please provide details about your request: the type of activity, preferred date, number of participants, and any other relevant information.

You will receive a personalised quote within a few days of your enquiry.

PLEASE NOTE: I recommend submitting your request at least one month in advance to ensure my availability, as well as the availability of the places you would like to visit. For last-minute requests (less than 72 hours before the desired date), an additional fee will apply.

How long does an activity last?

The minimum duration for any experience is one hour. After that, the length depends on the type of experience you choose.

For example, a guided tour or a cultural lecture usually lasts between one and one and a half hours.

What happens if the activity is cancelled?

Any cancellation made by you more than five days before the scheduled date will be refunded (excluding any deposit that may be required when signing the quote, depending on the type of activity chosen).

Any cancellation made by you less than five days before the scheduled date will not be refundable. Depending on my availability and that of the venues involved, the activity may be rescheduled for another date, within a maximum period of two months following the original date.

On the other hand, if I need to cancel the activity, regardless of the notice period, you will receive a full refund.

How many people can take part in an activity? / Can participants be added or removed at the last minute?

The maximum number of participants allowed depends on the type of activity you choose. However, except in specific cases (such as school groups) and when the nature of the activity allows it, I do not accept more than 25 people per group. This is the limit set by most museums and monuments in Paris.

Are you a larger group? No problem — we will find a solution to ensure that everyone can enjoy the experience.

Depending on the type of activity and the venue chosen, it is generally not possible to change the number of participants at the last minute. Most venues do not refund unused tickets and do not allow additional participants once the booking has been confirmed.

How much does an activity cost?

The price of an activity depends on several factors, such as the type of experience (guided tour, lecture, workshop or other), the number of participants, the duration, the location, the time of year, and more.

Depending on your request, the preparation and organisation involved can vary greatly.

That is why you will not find fixed prices here: each experience is tailor-made. I adapt to your needs and will send you a personalised quote after discussing your ideas and expectations with you — from a simple guided tour to a creative treasure hunt or mystery game.
